Code Review

This pull request significantly revamps the documentation for Transfer Orders and adds a new user manual for the Transfers App. The changes are well-structured and provide much more detail than the previous versions. My feedback focuses on improving clarity by fixing some minor grammatical errors and redundancies, ensuring consistency in formatting, and enhancing maintainability by converting absolute URLs to relative links. I've also identified a potential copy-paste error in the transfer order creation steps.

- **Destination and Product**
Group TOs by both destination facility and item. Each card shows a specific item to be received at the corresponding destination facility.
Example: If Product A is about to be received at the Boston store, the card displays Product A and Boston as the destination. Expanding the card shows all TOs that include Product A to be received at that destination.
